How long does shipping take for my order?

Standard shipping typically takes 5-10 business days. Due to PACT Act regulations, an adult signature is required upon delivery for all vaporizer products.

What is the warranty policy on Puffco devices?

We offer a one-year limited warranty on electronic bases for the Peak Pro, Peak, and Proxy. Please note that atomizers are considered consumable components and are not covered under the one-year warranty.

How do I clean my Puffco device?

To maintain optimal performance, soak your glass attachment and atomizer in 99% ISO alcohol. Use a cotton swab dipped in ISO to clean the gold connection points on the base after every use.

Can I return my device if I have used it?

For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any used products. Only unused, unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Why is my device flashing red and white lights?

A red and white flashing light usually indicates a connection issue between the base and the atomizer. Ensure your atomizer is fully tightened and that the connection pins are clean.
